Health Screening
Picture you’re fitness journey from where you are to where you want to be. Your risk factors are rivers and mountains in the way. They usually won’t stop you getting to where you need to go but by letting your trainer know about these rivers and mountains, we can help your to manoeuvre and navigate your way around them or over them.
By understanding any injuries or medical conditions we can ensure that our journey is safe. It also helps to understand if there any risk factors that may affect your ability to do exercise. These risk factors don’t mean you can’t exercise but knowing about them mean that we can tailor your workout to ensure that you achieve your goals as safely and efficiently as possible.
