Body composition is a measure of the relative amounts in the body of bone, water, fat and muscle. A lot of people focus on weight as a measure, however, two people can be the same weight but have a vastly different body composition. There are several ways to measure your body composition and many ways to improve it. Speaking to a professional about your diet or exercise program can really help.

Delayed gratification is the tendency to give up an immediate reward in order to pursue a long-term reward. It seems to be linked with many benefits and research is starting to suggest that we can actually improve out ability to do it. How well do you exhibit self-control and delayed gratification? Muscular endurance is about producing force but for an extended amount of time. In terms of exercise it is about contracting your muscles repeatedly for an extended period. It plays a big part of our everyday physical lives. We use it for carrying the shoppings, climbing up the stairs and carrying small humans. It is a psychological phenomenon where if we experience a stressor repeatedly and come to the conclusion that we cannot control or change the situation, we stop trying. One of the biggest contributing factors to this how people explain bad events. It is your fault? Is it permanent? Is indicative of the rest of your life?
