Now we’ve looked at the dimensions of renewal:
Physical.
Spiritual.
Mental.
Social/emotional.
It’s important to focus on balance in renewal. Although each is important, if we neglect one, it impacts the others.The opposite is also true. The things you do to improve one dimension positively impact the others.
Covey calls this Synergy of Renewal.

This week we move onto the social/emotional dimension.
According to Covey, this doesn’t take the same time that the other dimensions do but it requires practice and we can do it in our normal everyday interactions with other people.
This mainly comes down to how we communicate with others everyday.
